Return and Refund Policy

There is no refund or return policy, only credit towards other services that I offer.

Reason being:

It's up to the owner for any and all follow through of their dogs' training. I am there to help and guide. I am not responsible for anything that happens outside our private sessions.
Payment is due the day of our scheduled session, prior to starting - this leaves no room for refund or returns.
My time, knowledge, and dedication is what you are paying for, which cannot be returned back to me.
